EERI Earthquake Spectra: Special Issue on the 2015 Gorkha Earthquake in Nepal.

APS's Vishal Joshi just had a paper published in the Earthquake Engineering Research Institute’s professional journal Earthquake Spectra. The Special Issue is on the 2015 Gorkha Earthquake in Nepal. His co-authored paper is entitled “Historic Earthquake-Resilient Structures in Nepal and Other Himalayan Regions and Their Seismic Restoration”.

Digital Documentation of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Masterpiece, Fallingwater

Pamela Jerome and Douglas Emilio presented a paper entitled “Digital Documentation of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Masterpiece, Fallingwater” at the 2017 CIPA Digital Workflows for Heritage Conservation symposia at Carleton University in Ottawa on August 28th, 2017. CIPA is one of the oldest International Scientific Committees of ICOMOS (International Council of Monuments and Sites), jointly founded in 1968 with ISPRS (International Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing) to facilitate the transfer of technology from the measurements sciences into the heritage documentation and recording disciplines.
