Bala Balasubramaniam joined Architectural Preservation Studio as a Intern Architect in 2015. He is expert at developing detailed scaled drawings and preparing construction and Department of Buildings documents for both alterations and new construction. He is knowledgeable about zoning and building codes. Mr. Balasubramaniam was an Adjunct Instructor at the NYC College of Technology, where he instructed undergraduates in the digital representation of their design ideas in AutoCAD, Rhino and Revit.
