Shivali Gaikwad, Intern Architect
Shivali Gaikwad joined Architectural Preservation Studio in 2019 as a Project Architect with experience in residential, commercial and cultural projects in India. She has worked on built heritage survey and documentation, construction drawings and graphic design. Along with a background in architecture, Shivali recently received her master’s in historic preservation. She conducted her master’s thesis research on climate change adaptation and cultural heritage conservation in Majuli Island located in Northeast India, for which she was awarded the 2019 Preservation Alumni Fitch Thesis Grant.
